About our drivers
All of our YUGO drivers have passed the Disclosure and Barring Service check and are all properly licensed. They have also achieved the NVQ level 2 standards of customer services and disability awareness, which means they are courteous, polite, and suitably attired. Drivers are rated by passengers and only the best are allowed on the road. Therefore, providing customers a professional, cheap, quick, safe and an excellent taxi journey

How it works:
- Just open the app and tell us where you’re going.
- The app uses your location so your driver knows where to pick you up.
- You’ll see your driver’s picture, vehicle details, and can track their arrival on the map.
- Payment can be made by credit/debit card or cash (go into payment and set which method you like to use as default).
- After the ride, you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help us improve the YUGO experience. You’ll also get a receipt by email.
